Join Larissa and Brian for a nurturing evening of deep rest, relaxation, and sound healing. We'll begin with gentle movement to help release any built-up energy, setting the stage for our shared Yoga Nidra practice. Larissa will gently guide you through the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, allowing you to recline comfortably with the support of various props. Brian will enhance our journey with sound healing using singing bowls and other beautiful instruments, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.
Often called "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that is accessible to everyone and can be a wonderful tool to help improve your sleep.
