Come cheer on our athletes at UIS Softball Complex in Springfield as they compete in both Individual Skills and Team Softball Competition for a chance to attend the State Softball Tournament! Special thanks to our amazing sponsors who help cover the costs of this event that will serve approximately 500 athletes!

Competition Information
Team check-in for this event will open at 8am. Team play begins at 9am. The opening ceremony will take place following the first game of the day, at approximately 10:15am. Softball skills competition will begin after the opening ceremony and games will resume.
Volunteer Opportunities
All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and a lunch. Volunteer duties include scorekeeping volunteers and softball skills volunteers . Volunteers do not need to have softball specific knowledge to attend this event. Please note that the end time may vary based on how quickly we get through the schedule. The competition will not end until all athletes have competed and been awarded. Opportunities can be found at:

Equipment
Coaches and athletes should bring bats/gloves needed for competition. Athletes and spectators may wish to bring water bottles and lawn chairs as bleacher seating at the event is limited.
Concessions & Souvenirs
Concessions and souvenirs will be available for purchase on site. Lunches will be provided to athletes, registered coaches and volunteers.
