Mastering Pork Class

Join Pits N Grills owner and Pitmaster Nick Copeland for our “Mastering Pork” class and watch his pro-level smoked pork techniques in action—all on a Gateway Drum Smoker and Big Green Egg! You'll leave this class prepared to smoke the perfect cut of pork shoulder and a pork loin for your upcoming summer get-togethers.

Heavy samples will be served along with free beer. You are also welcome to bring your own favorite beverage to enjoy.

Cost is $45. Prepayment is required.
