for the Inner Light Meditation Circle—a weekly gathering designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your peace.
Held in-person at Healing Homes & Hearts in Springfield, Ohio (509 S Fountain Ave) and simultaneously via Zoom, this donation-based class is accessible to all—but pre-registration is required due to limited in-person space.
Each session will be curated to the needs of the group including the following practices:
Breathwork practices to calm the nervous system
Guided Reiki journeys for deep healing and clarity
Mindfulness and energy-based techniques
Somatic tools to quiet the overthinking mind
A welcoming community to support your growth
Whether you're just beginning or want to reawaken your spiritual and meditative path, this group offers weekly consistency, healing tools, and a space to be witnessed, held, and inspired.
Who it's for:
All are welcome—whether you're brand new to meditation or returning to deepen your practice.
Teens are also welcome with a parent or with parental approval.
Anyone looking to manage stress and anxiety, deepen self-awareness, improve mental clarity, or explore meditation and energy healing in community will feel right at home.
