The in-person meeting will be held in room B115 C (Engineering classroom) at the River Valley Technical Center in Springfield.

Members of the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM the River Valley RADs will have the full Unearthed playing field set-up in the Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering lab at RVTC for folks to see and try as soon as Monday, August 11.
RADs Head Coach Chris Gray will be helping coordinate FIRST Lego League teams through the River Valley RADs Robotics and Aerial Drone Club. The RADs currently have four registered teams through the FIRST organization. They are also hoping to have teams housed at several other locations around the region including Black River Innovation Campus, The American Precision Museum, Weathersfield Elementary School and in Bellows Falls.
Coach Gray will be hosting an FLL Challenge Informational meeting for parents and other interested adults on Monday, August 11 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in room B115 C (Engineering classroom) at the River Valley Technical Center in Springfield.
The RADs will be hosting the FLL Southern Vermont Qualifier on Saturday, December 6, 2025. This will be one of four FLL qualifiers that are scheduled in Vermont in December.
This season will feature 4 qualifiers in addition to the State Championship. All qualifiers will need to be assigned the same number of teams. Here are the dates and locations.
FLL Qualifiers (9 teams advance from each) are:
Springfield, Saturday, 12/6
Rutland, Sunday, 12/7
Shelburne, 12/13
Montpelier, 12/14
