Sustainable Strength for the Whole Woman
EmpowHER is a weekly strength & movement-based community class designed to support women in cultivating sustainable strength—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Each 75-minute session weaves together intentional movement, personal growth, and sisterhood. It’s a space to build a strong, functional, and aligned body while deepening trust in yourself and your natural rhythms.
Together, we explore what it means to lead our lives from embodied empowerment—grounded in strength that supports, not depletes.
Each class includes:
🧘♀️20 minutes of group connection and guided conversation around a weekly theme (like boundaries, self-acceptance, or resilience)
🏋🏽♀️45 minutes of holistic movement—blending strength training, cardio, yoga, and functional exercises to support hormone health and whole-body vitality
🗣️10 minutes of restorative cool down and closing circle to reflect, share, and be seen in community
EmpowHER is open to all bodies.
Modifications and alternative movements are always offered to support each woman and meet her exactly where she is.
This is holistic fitness for the whole woman—where your strength, softness, and soul all belong.
