Cooking with Charcoal Class

Hone in on your basic grilling and smoking with Pitmaster and Pits N Grills owner Nick Copeland as we take some of the classic proteins to the next level on a Big Green Egg and Gateway Drum. Class will include instruction & sampling of Ribeye Steak, Sausage Fatty and Prime St Louis cut Ribs as well as instruction on fire management and equipment options.

Details: Samples will be served. Beer will be served or bring your own adult beverage of choice. Cost is $45. Prepayment is required. There is limited seating at this indoor event, so don't wait to reserve your spot!
