Cari's 6 year WERQaversary throwback class
SIX YEARS?!?! Mind. Blown.

You know that I love a party. So come celebrate my WERQaversary with me at a special EXTENDED class....full of throwbacks from when I first began teaching and songs that I WERQed to before that as a WERQaholic.

All are welcome! Under age 18y must have an adult participant joining them. Free if it's your first class with me, $5 for returnees.

What is WERQ??? I'm glad you asked! It is the wildly addictive cardio dance fitness format set to trending pop and hip hop music. The moves are repeatative and provided to you with modifications and cues so that you feel successful! It's a great way to let off steam, burn calories, improve your cardiovascular health and have fun with friends!
