Primo: Brodetto di Pesce: – A regional seafood delicacy of shrimp, calamari, clams, crab, and branzino in a lightly spiced tomato stew with aged torn bread.

Secondo: Bucatini with Amatriciana: Bucatini pasta tossed with sauteed morels, Guanciale, Tomatoes, Pecorino Romano Cheese.

Contorni: Stinco di Agnello: Lamb Shank with a Tomato, Saffron and Mint Cream Sauce served on a bed Diavolicchio and pepperoncini Polenta with Braised Carrots, Vidalia Onions and Leeks.

Dolce: Lemoncello Crostata di Ricotta – A rich and authentic Lemoncello infused Ricotta Cheesecake with a ladyfinger crust. Drizzled with a Blueberry Vin Santo glaze.
