Being a Good Caregiver workshop: Free presentation at the PAC

This free workshop presented by Premier Health, covers practical skills, emotional support and self-care strategies to help caregivers provide compassionate, effective care while maintaining their own well-being.

11 a.m. Tuesday, July 15 at the Springboro Performing Arts Center, 115 Wright Station Way.

The City of Springboro is partnering with Premier Health for a monthly speaker series. A variety of health and wellness topics will be covered, including those that affect older citizens. All presentations are free and open to the public. For more information, call 937-748-5774.
