About Florencio Villapando:
Florencio has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 2000 and brings over two decades of experience to the classroom. As a licensed broker for the past 16 years, Florencio has cultivated a remarkable career marked by leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Starting at Century 21, Florencio quickly rose through the ranks, eventually forming a team that grew to 50 members and earned the distinction of being the #1 team in the nation. This success laid the foundation for an entrepreneurial journey as the broker-owner of a RE/MAX franchise in San Antonio. After four successful years with RE/MAX, Florencio led the team to independence before joining Keller Williams 13 years ago.

At Keller Williams, Florencio continued to excel, with the team becoming the #1 team in the market center within just three years. Shortly thereafter, Florencio was invited to KW Mexico, where they traveled extensively and played a pivotal role in launching 12 market centers across the country. Seven years ago, Florencio launched KW Laredo, where he currently serves as the Operating Principal (OP). Most recently, in August 2024, they began the exciting journey of launching KW Horizons in Galveston, with doors set to open this month.

Florencio ’s expertise extends beyond team building and market center leadership. Their niche lies in creative financing solutions, with a particular focus on serving the Hispanic community.

Through innovative strategies, Florencio has helped countless families achieve homeownership and empowered "mom-and-pop" investors to grow their real estate portfolios.
