About the event

Calm & Centered Kids
A nervous system reset for our kids.
Open with stretches followed by a vitamin eye mask with a scalp and hand massage. Transitioning into 20 minutes of breathwork training to reset the nervous system, oxygenate the body, and provide rest. Closing with tea in the garden for grounding & community.
