Character roles for SHREK will be for ages 9 & older

--The audition will consist of two parts: singing and dance.
--Plan and prepare a short song (1 minute or less) that highlights your voice.
--We prefer songs from a Broadway show or Disney songs for younger performers.
--Bring sheet music for your audition song in the correct key. Class Act will provide an accompanist.
--Please plan to stay for a dance audition after you sing your prepared song.
--Rehearsals for SHREK will begin Monday, August 5, 2025.
CHARACTER ROLES:
Shrek - big, green, terrifying ogre who lives alone on a swamp
Fiona - beautiful princess of Far Far Away
Donkey - talking donkey who joins Shrek on the run from Farquaad's guards
Lord Farquaad - comically short, ruthless ruler of Duloc
Dragon - a dragon that has been charged with guarding Princess Fiona
Gingy - gingerbread man initially kidnapped by Lord Farquaad
Pinocchio - leader of the fairytale creatures
