Monday Meetup- Linda Pedersen Playground

🌞All walks of life are welcome! Just an invitation to join others who would like to meet/play for a fun time!

🤸This is generally unstructured play time, but it's common to see board games, art happening, ball or organized games, impromptu group hikes, & knowledge sharing going on & the Monday Meetups. A little bit of a lot of different little circles going on-join us! Always a sign/board in the playground with upcoming events.

About this location:
-The 40 foot tall lookout tower gives great views of upland hammocks & the nearby Weeki Wachee Preserve to the southeast
-Often Manatees in the water here
-Playground
-Swimming is permitted in the bayou
-Showers, restrooms, & drinking fountain are available
-Picnic tables, pavilion, & community building too
-Trail access into Weeki Wachee Preserve, if we want to wander in
💚We love this spot!

Monday Meetups are never cancelled. No such thing as bad weather, just poor clothing choices~You decide if the weather is dangerous.
