The HoL Goddess Circle: Sacred Self Care will explore practices to enhance your overall wellbeing. Practices to rest, reflect, rejuvenate and restore. To set aside time to renew your mind, body and spirit.
HoL Goddess Circles offer a safe and supportive space for women to connect, build community, develop intuitive practices, create intention and deepen self care.
In July we gather for Sacred Self Care~
We will move through 2 areas of the studio designed to allow Goddesses to learn and apply a variety of self care rituals.
In the Healing Hub~
•Restore & Renew- Experience a gentle healing practice with poses completely supported by props to reduce stress and find deeper relaxation.
•Self Massage- Learn Abhyanaga, ayurvedic self massage-a meditative, nurturing and relaxing way to care for yourself.
•Fascia Release- Utilize foam rollers, yoga wheels and Yin poses to release tension and knots deep within and move released energy through the body.
•Gentle Gaze- Move through an eye yoga session followed by an eye massage to relieve eye strain and promote eye health.
•Tranquil Nidra with Sound- A guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation accompanied by crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drum and flute to bring your mind and body into a state of healing and relaxation.
In the Self Care Sanctuary~
•Face Fitness Workshop- Agnieszka from Waters Way Retreat & B Please! will be leading a Skincare Workshop + Gua Sha Face Fitness Ritual.
This is more than a skincare class, it’s a mindful experience of self-care, designed to reconnect you with your body and soul.
•Halotherapy~ Enjoy a 10 minute salt bed session, supporting respiratory and skin health. This is an add on service for $10. Goddesses can schedule a Halotherapy session upon arrival the evening of the Circle.
We also will offer an herbal tea bar, journaling and oracle card reading. Please bring a mug, journal, pen, yoga mat, towel, eye pillow and an open mind.
Invite your Goddesses along to share in an evening of self care, connection to self and community and celebration of female energy.
This experience is limited to 20 Goddesses and requires advance registration so preparations can be made for a special evening for all.
