Flying Nidra & Sound

Join Alana and Christine for Flying Nidra and Sound. Yoga Nidra is known as "yogic sleep", a guided practice following specific steps to bring you into a deep state of conscious awareness. You'll be guided through creating an intention, finding breath within the body, a full body scan and observing feelings and thoughts. Participants will experience deep relaxation in our Aerial Yoga swings being fully supported above the mat while the the room is filled with the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum and native american flute to enhance your state of bliss. Dress comfortably, in loose fitting clothes without buttons, snaps or zippers. You can even wear your pajamas if you'd like! Please bring your mat. You are also welcome to bring an eye pillow to enhance your practice, it is highly recommended!

Cost: $25
PLEASE NOTE: Swings are limited to the first 15 enrolled participants. Additional attendees will have a "nidra nest" set up on the floor with props to create a cozy, comfortable space.
