Acoustic set: Andrew Pearson

Andrew Pearson may look like Hank Snow, but he can sing like Jamey Johnson. (Okay, maybe not THAT amazing, but you get the idea.)

He lives in Columbia and plays what he calls “in-law country” music (not exactly the opposite of outlaw country, but it’s sure different) whenever he can, and is now recording an EP of the best songs he’s written in the last few years.

Come hear him sing some of his own music, amidst a lot of great covers, on June 8 at one of Fozzy’s Sunday-afternoon solo shows.
