Little Shop of Horrors Auditions

We are super excited to announce it is time to audition for the sci-fi smash musical, Little Shop of Horrors!

Audition dates: July 14 & 15 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Show dates : October 3 - 12, 2025

Ages 18+


How do I prepare?
Come prepared to sing a song – you can bring sheet music (accompanist provided) or you can bring a track (we will have a speaker) or you can sing unaccompanied.

Be prepared to read lines from the script – you may be asked to read lines for multiple characters.

Be prepared to learn a short set of choreography moves.

What do I wear?
Come dressed comfortably in clothes and shoes that you can move around in. Wearing costumes is not recommended for auditions.

What do I do when I arrive?
There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk. Just come sign in and wait to be called in for your audition!

What if I’ve never auditioned before?
That’s fantastic! We have all been there and know you may be anxious or nervous about auditioning. We want to ensure you that TVT is a safe space, free of judgement and we love to build each other up rather than tear each other down. We pride ourselves in welcoming everyone to our theatre and helping people grow and improve on their skills. It’s a place to build not only friendships, but self confidence. We are excited to meet you!
