Community Yoga Class

Welcome to Yoga at the Fire Station! Have you ever wanted to take a Yoga class but been too intimidated to just jump right in? Then this opportunity is for you!

Join Spring City Community Yoga, and Carla Coker in the at the Pine Grove Fire Station Association Community Room.

Your Teacher, Carla Coker, will lead participants through a series of yoga postures focusing on breathing and movement to enhance flexibility and reduce stress. The class will incorporate basic yoga poses, simple flows, breath-work, and a time for relaxation and meditation.

All Levels (Beginner to Seasoned Practitioner) are welcome! Modifications will be offered. Yoga is for Everybody and Every Body!

What to Wear: Comfortable, loose fitting clothing that will allow you to move and stretch freely.

Cost: No Charge - Donation Accepted

Bring a Yoga Mat (if you have one) or a large beach towel will work too! We will have a few mats on hand to borrow.

Before participating you will be asked to sign a Yoga Participant Agreement and receive a copy of the class policies and reminders statement.

Let's come together to become more flexible and strong and meet some new friends along the way.
