Quilling Class with Rachel

Come join us for an evening learning how to create paper quilling on a box. Rachel Locke will tell us some history on quilling and show us the steps to create quill paper art. She will teach us how to use the tools and fold the paper strips into designs. Ages 10 and up. Space is limited so sign up now.
