During the session, participants typically lie down in a comfortable position while a Reiki practitioner channels calming energy into the body to promote relaxation, balance, and emotional healing. At the same time, sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments are played, producing harmonic vibrations that resonate deeply with the body and mind. The sound waves work in synergy with the Reiki energy to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore a sense of inner peace and wellbeing. *** please note a basic yoga mat, blanket & buckwheat crescent will be provided, so anything extra you bring will help you personalize your cocoon for added comfort

How to prepare?

*dress in comfy clothes as you will be on the floor in your personal cocoon on your yoga mat

*bring an open mind and open heart
