Held in the heart of nature, this midday offering invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Let the sounds of crystal bowls, gentle guidance, and the natural world around you soften the edges of your day.

This event welcome everyone, including children! Bring your own blanket or mat and a water bottle.
