About the event

National Senior Health & Fitness Day

We will be hosting the National Senior Health and Fitness Day at the North YMCA. There will be over 20 booths representing local area organizations and non-profits, as well as demonstrations of Senior and Active Older Adults fitness classes.

Free and open to everyone!
