What to Expect: A drill and layer class where we create short combos and sequences while playing with movement quality. We'll adopt a mindfulness approach in this practice where we keep verbal instructions to the minimum, and allow our other senses to take the lead.
Prerequisites: Some dance or belly dance experience will help, but anyone looking for an exciting and intuitive movement challenge is welcome!
About the instructor: RebL had studied various styles of dance throughout her life when she fell in love with fusion bellydance, and started her bellydance journey more than 16 years ago. After learning from various teachers, she got hooked on Zoe Jakes' DanceCraft, and had been studying with Zoe since 2017. RebL has been a bellydance instructor and performer for many years before becoming a certified DanceCraft teacher in 2019, and continues her training annually.
