Cocoon Soundbath with Guided Breathwork

This soundbath experience begins with guided breathwork to center and calm the mind, as participants then snuggle in to suspended silk cocoon hammocks. Jessie Jo will then bathe the room in a soothing sound bath that envelops the space in resonant tones from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more.

Promote deep relaxation, energy alignment, and holistic wellness in a serene, elevated setting.
