Twombmates is an identical twin DJ duo made up of Heisty and Alt-1, two sonic explorers pushing the boundaries of bass music with deep roots in sound system culture. Based in Portland, Oregon, the twins bring their distinct yet complementary styles together to create powerful, genre-fluid sets that shake dance floors and minds alike.
With over a decade of experience, Heisty is a driving force behind Portland’s Sublimate Records, which he co-founded to spotlight forward-thinking underground sounds. As the curator of the label’s genre-bending mix series and a regular fixture at its live events, Heisty has earned a reputation for crafting dynamic sets that span Dubstep, Leftfield Bass, Club, Drum & Bass, Footwork Jungle, and everything in between. His work has reached audiences across the U.S. and abroad through guest mixes and festival performances.
Alt-1, originally from Southern Oregon and now also based in Portland, draws from the deeper ends of bass music—Dubstep, Grime, Drum and Bass, Halftime, and more—blending the light and dark into high-impact, emotionally resonant mixes. His sounds have been featured by American Grime, Sublimate, Melting Pot Radio, Heartbeat Silent Disco, and others, earning him a growing following in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Together as Twombmates, the duo channels their twin connection into genre-defying DJ sets that are equal parts heavy, hypnotic, and high-energy. Whether in the club or on the festival stage, Twombmates deliver a sound system experience built for movement—deep, dynamic, and unforgettable.

Tonbo formerly known as Dragonfly, has opened up for acts such as Kai Wachi, jphelpz, Terravita, saymyname, Phutureprimitive and many more. Tyler’s inspiration for starting music was wanting to reach as many people as he could with his music. Whether that meant 10 people in the crowd, or 1000 people. “As long as I see 1 person vibing, I feel I've done my job and that makes me want to work harder.” The tracks he’s released so far include Scum, and Kensho, and both can be found on his SoundCloud. March of 2020 Tyler did a rebrand from Dragonfly, to Tonbo. The change was due to him wanting to add some new dynamics to his sets instead of the constant heavy, and he wanted a slight brand change to match his sets. Tonbo is dragonfly in Japanese, which he thought was perfect considering his high fascination with Japanese culture, while sticking to his dragonfly roots.
