Join us on Sunday, October 12th at 3 PM for a hands-on class where you’ll learn the entire process of sausage making. From seasoning and mixing to stuffing, you’ll get step-by-step guidance and enjoy samples along the way. Each participant will take home 2 pounds of fresh handmade sausage.
