Meditation for Mental Health & Spiritual Healing

Open-Minded Spiritual Community Welcomes Allan Saugstad

The Iowa Lakes Unitarian Universalist Fellowship invites you to attend the Sunday, June 8th program led by Allan Saugstad at the Lakes Area Activity (Senior) Center. Saugstad will discuss “Meditation for Mental Health and Spiritual Healing”. Coffee and conversation begin at 9;30am with the program to follow at 10am.

What can you expect at an ILUUF program? Our open-minded, open-hearted spiritual community helps people lead lives of justice, love, learning and hope. Worship is a shared Unitarian Universalist practice of exploring, connecting to, and creating ways that our individual lives fit into a larger whole.

People of all ages and backgrounds share conversation, food and song at an ILUUF service. Guest speakers speak to issues affecting us both locally and globally. The ILUUF meets the 2nd & 4th Sundays of each month. Learn more at www.uuokoboji.com. All are welcome to attend.
