Let the Sound Wash Over You!✨ Sound Bath Meditation ✨Friday, July 26, 2025, 6:00–7:30 PM at Lulu’s AvalonRose Cottage, 137 W. Main St., Spencer, MA.

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a sanctuary of sound. This restorative evening will immerse you in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred tones designed to relax your nervous system, quiet the mind, and realign your energy.

Guiding this journey is Rev. Candace Ouillette Gaumond, a Certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy and recognized by the Complementary Medical Association. She is also a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Karuna Usui Reiki Master, and Shamanic Practitioner—bringing a deeply intuitive and multidimensional approach to vibrational healing.

🧘‍♀️ Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket for comfort. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer upright seating.
