Mindful Art pt2

Join instructor, Karess Knudtson, for this exciting and different type of meditative art process. This mindful drawing activity merges neuroscience and drawing to explore our limitations and foster change in our behaviors. This class will benefit anyone who comes with an open mind through simple drawing techniques that can be used for personal reflection and the processing of everyday life, through art.
