Arts On Grand and Clay County Heritage will be hosting the 2025 Tour of Homes, providing a lovely segue for the holiday season. Tour of Homes will be on Saturday, November 15 from
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Four uniquely decked homes will be included on the tour; presenting a variety of homes in the Royal area as well as the Royal Museum and Great Hall of Royal.
Tickets are $25 and are available at Arts On Grand (408 Grand Ave. Spencer, IA) and the Clay County Heritage Center (7 Grand Ave. Spencer, IA) beforehand. Tickets will also be sold the day of the event for $30 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Great Hall of Royal. Brochures of the homes with the maps will be available at the Great Hall of Royal serving as the starting point. Tickets will not be sold at each home - please redirect yourself to the Great Hall of Royal, 300 1st Ave E, on November 15th for tickets.

The Tour of Homes will have open visiting hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patrons are invited to visit the homes in any order they wish that day. Tickets are available for presale at a cost of $25 per person at Arts on Grand and the Clay County Heritage Center on Grand Avenue in Spencer. Tickets for the tours will also be available the day of the event for $30 at the Great Hall of Royal, 300 1st Ave E, exclusively from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
