Indy 500 Workout

Join The Fitness Boutique for our annual Indy 500 themed workout at the pocket park on Main Street, Plaza on Main. Our workout will be UpLift, a 60-minute class that starts with a cardio warm-up and transitions to standing routines with equipment, alternating between upper and lower body.

This workout is $25 and all money raised will go to the Speedway Parks Department, specifically to raise money for the Plaza on Main Street to be able to have more entertainment and events this summer and the Meadowood Concert in the Parks

Please bring a friend and plan on a fun morning as you enjoy your Indy 500 weekend!

The Plaza on Main is located at 1346 Main Street, Speedway, IN 46224. Parking is located on Main Street and side streets including 14th St. Due to higher traffic than normal, we recommend walking if possible or riding with a friend. Please plan ahead to arrive on time.

Bring a towel and your water (mat is optional). All other equipment will be provided.
