2025 Spearfish Youth Performance Summer Camps

The Youth Performance Camp is focused on building better athletes through tried and practiced traditional strength and conditioning methods using science-backed techniques to build better athletes. The goal of this program is for athletes to become stronger, produce more power, jump higher, run faster, have increased mobility and agility while being more resilient to injury.

All high school athletes should register for the next sport they will be competing in. For example, a three-sport athlete of Volleyball, Basketball and Track should register and attend the Volleyball section. Middle School sessions are available for 8th and 7th-grade athletes only.

NOTE: There will be a parent meeting that all athletes and parents, both returning and new, are asked to attend on May 5th at 6:00 pm.

June 2nd - August 7th

DAYS OF THE WEEK:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

**Due to the SDHSSA Dead Week or Moratorium the week of July 7th, sessions for the week will run Tuesday - Friday.

• 6:00am Football / Boys Wrestling
• 7:00am Boys Soccer / Boys Basketball / Boys Tennis
• 8:00am Girls Soccer / Girls Wrestling / Girls Tennis / Cross Country
• 9:00am Girls Basketball / Volleyball
• 10:00am Cheer & Dance / Track / Golf / Softball
• 11:00am Middle School
• 12:00pm Middle School / Optional session if the first fills
• 3:00pm Make-Up Sessions / You must sign up for these sessions and message Coach Santure at least 24 hours in advance if you plan to attend. There will also be make-up sessions on Friday mornings with times TBD.
