The Survivorship Program is offering semi-monthly workout sessions that will focus on helping you build strength and improve your cardiovascular health through a combination of exercises. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, our experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way. Join us for this opportunity to boost your overall health and well-being.
These sessions will be led by Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System's Sports Medicine Institute.
These sessions are available to cancer survivors at no charge.
