OPERATORS
REQUIREMENTS
– High School Diploma or GED required
– Preferably 6 months of automotive manufacturing experience
– Demonstrate stability in past employment
– Ability to read and understand work instructions, production labels, and safety procedures
– Basic math, reading, and writing skills; computer skills preferred
– Ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining attention to quality
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Capacity to stand for extended periods
– Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 50 lbs depending on position)
– Reaching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing stairs
– Good vision, color vision, and finger dexterity required
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assembling, trimming, sanding, and preparing automotive parts such as bumpers and small components
– Performing visual inspections of painted and unpainted parts to ensure they meet customer quality standards
– Identifying and correcting minor defects using hand tools or polishing equipment
– Loading and unloading parts from conveyors or racks for painting, processing, or shipment
– Maintaining accurate documentation related to defects, scrap, or traceability
– Following work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety policies
– Maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles
– Participating in daily equipment checks, waste classification, and safety reporting
