“True to You” is a gentle, nurturing half-day retreat I’ve created to help you reconnect with yourself. The version of you underneath the people-pleasing, the expectations, and the endless to-do lists.

There’ll be tea, treats, comfy mats and cosy vibes… and, of course, some gentle giggles along the way because… me 😄
