Join us and Relax with Reiki, 😇
This is an ideal opportunity to sit back relax & let go of all the noise, worries & day to day life.
Reiki is a type of energy healing that can provide a number of benefits for the mind, body, and emotions.
⟢ Angelic Reiki traditionally involves the placement of hands on or near the body, with the intention of promoting relaxation, easing muscle tension, and relief from stress and anxiety. Reiki can also help to energise and balance the whole body, as well as promote pain relief, peace of mind, and better sleep.
⟢ An unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Angelic Reiki specifically works with the angelic realm to expand the benefits of Reiki. During this Reiki session, Vicki will guide you through a relaxation exercise and Reiki methods through distance healing, which involves the practitioner sending Reiki energy to you remotely.
⟢ Take part in these online Angelic Reiki group sessions and discover a sense of enlightenment. These classes usually involve a discussion of Reiki principles, as well as a demonstration of the technique. Participants then have the opportunity to relax through Reiki under the guidance of Vicki.
If you are looking for a way to relax and rejuvenate, this Reiki class may be just what you need.
⟢ This session will be for approx 40 - 60
mins over Zoom, in the comfort of your own home.
Find somewhere quiet, wear comfy clothes and grab a glass of water. A blanket should be kept nearby if you feel the cold. Reiki is a non-contact healing therapy. You are encouraged to find the most comfortable position and wear warm comfortable clothing for the duration of your session.
These group sessions are held once a month.
