Cholesterol Clarity Drop-In Sessions

We are running our next drop-in support group for patients with raised / elevated cholesterol.

This group will offer support from our Health and Wellbeing Coach on ways to improve diet and lifestyle to reduce cholesterol.

Groups will run on a Thursday evening at Beechfield Medical Centre, PE11 1UN and are open to any patients registered with either Beechfield or Munro who are concerned about their cholesterol and want to learn more.

No booking needed.

Week One - Thursday 11th September 6-7pm

What are the effects of sleep disturbance and stress on cholesterol & my health?

Week Three - Thursday 25th September 6-7pm
