What to Expect...
The full moon is a time of release. It is a time of powerful energy, and it can be a great time to do a meditation that focuses on release. Sit back, relax, and let go of anything that is no longer serving you. This could be a negative thought pattern, an unhealthy relationship, or anything else that is holding you back. Imagine the full moon shining its light on you and cleansing away anything that is no longer needed. Allow yourself to feel lighter and freer as you let go of what is no longer serving you.

During this group meditation session, you will be focusing on releasing anything that is no longer serving you. Sit back, relax, and let go. The full moon is a powerful time to let go of what is no longer serving you. This meditation will help you to release anything that is no longer important.

Full Moon Release meditation is performed during the full moon, and it involves releasing negative thoughts and emotions. The goal is to make room for positivity and growth.
