Walk Beyond Recovery - DUNWICH HEATH, SUFFOLK

Join us for our Walk Beyond Recovery on Saturday 11th October at 11am. We will be meeting at the National Trust car park at Dunwich Heath (IP17 3DJ).

Parking is free for National Trust members (membership card required) or £6 for non-members (cash or app payment available).

Facilities include toilets and a café.

Meeting point is by the zebra crossing on the toilets side of the road.


The planned walk is a gentle circular route of just under three miles, taking in heathland paths and the beautiful surroundings of Dunwich Heath. A shorter option can be arranged if needed.

Walking in nature is proven to support both physical and mental wellbeing, reducing stress, improving mood, and helping to build connection with others. Our Beyond Recovery Walks are open to all and offer a chance to enjoy fresh air, movement, and good company in a supportive environment.
