Important Announcement:
To ensure a vibrant and enjoyable festival atmosphere, Southwold High Street will be closed to vehicles from 9 AM to 6 PM. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to create a pedestrian-friendly environment for all attendees.
Street Procession:
Join us for the festive street procession starting at 11:45 AM from the Old Police Station. This exciting event will make its way up the High Street, organized by Charlotte Clark from the Southwold Library.
Programme Sales:
Be sure to purchase your programme for just £1! Keeping your programme is important as it includes a lucky number for our prize draw of £50, which will be announced during the event.
Lost Child/Person or property: Town Hall Southwold
There WILL BE collection boxes that relate only to the Southwold Arts Festival. Southwold Arts Festival is a charity. The Southwold Arts Festival is run by a group of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about the Arts and plan the programme throughout the year. They are joined by a group of hard-working stewards, first aiders and administrators who help to run the events – every morning, lunchtime, afternoon and evening.
The Southwold Arts Festival is a charity (No 1161134), and all proceeds from ticket sales are used to create the next Festival. We are grateful for the financial support we receive from our Festival Friends and the sponsorship of local businesses, particularly our main sponsor, Adnams, so that we can run this exciting event.

9.00 am until 11.00 AM Stallholders set up in the High Street and Queen Street.
11.30 am Shop Window Display Competition
12:15 pm: Opening of the Southwold Arts Street Festival, kicking off Arts Festival Week! - Market Place Southwold
12:15 - 12:45 PM: IJAB School of Performing Arts
12:45 - 2:00 PM: Frank The Beans
2:00 - 2:30 PM: Fine City Samba Band
2:30 - 3:00 PM: The Ukes of Southwold
3:00 - 3:30 PM: The Longshoremen
