Sonic Wave: Film composer David Julyan + Will Fergusson

An evening of live cinematic ambience.

Best known for his haunting soundtracks for Oscar-winning director Christopher Nolan, film composer David Julyan steps out from behind the silver screen for a rare performance reimagining his score for Nolan's Memento for its 25th anniversary, transforming its eerie electronic textures into a striking new arrangement for strings and synths.

This is a unique chance to experience the music of a visionary composer. Before the performance, David Julyan will take part in a conversation and audience Q&A.

Pianist extraordinaire Will Fergusson also performs improvised pieces with a filmic flair in the bar from 7pm.
