Magical Monday Relaxation Class

Come experience a calming and peaceful relaxation class with Sarahlou. In these classes you will be guided through a combination of techniques, movements and activities to reduce stress and help you find a calming balance.

This monthly class is open to all levels and is the perfect way to restore peace and harmony throughout body and mind.

Held at The Harmony Centre, a wonderful venue that is perfect for this experience.

Everything provided but feel free to bring your own comforts: mat, pillow and blanket
