About Sarah:
I am a teacher, choreographer and passionate community engager.
I originally trained at London Contemporary Dance School, but craved more human, joyful and fun experiences that led me to specialise in community dance, explore many social and folk dance forms, geek out over anatomy and physiology and delve into yoga.
I'm passionate about spreading joy through dance and movement. Over the last 17 years, I've worked with international dance companies (Rambert, Richard Alston, English National Ballet) and continue to refine a trauma-informed, inclusive approach to dance. As the co-director of Glass House Dance, I've spent the last 12 years touring Outdoor Arts Festivals nationwide, created commissioned dance performances (most recently for Norwich Castle) and leading uplifting dance workshops and events in Norwich and Ipswich.
