Create A Dream Pillow

We invite you to join us in exploring the properties of various herbs and flowers that can alleviate anxiety, foster tranquillity, or even facilitate good dreams and lucid dreaming. Learn about the traditional uses of these floral herbs and gain the opportunity to create your own "Dream Pillow," utilising a curated personal blend of herbs/oils known for their beneficial properties.

As you craft your Dream Pillow, you'll be guided through the process of selecting the perfect combination of botanicals that resonate with your intentions. Lavender, chamomile, and rose petals are just a few to choose from each bringing its own unique qualities to your creation.

Our very own Hedge Witch will share insights into the history and folklore behind these plants, enriching your experience with stories of ancient practices . Whether you are seeking to soothe stress, enhance your sleep, or simply enjoy the aromatic serenity that these herbs offer, this workshop provides a hands-on opportunity to connect with nature's gifts.
