The party of the summer is here! ((BOUNCE)) LEISTON TURNS 3! And of course we want YOU to celebrate with us 🎉 🍾 🥂

Goodie bags and glitter on arrival, followed by two of our most popular class types then bubbles and a ((B)) themed raffle to finish ✨

6:30pm - 7:15pm
BLAST CLASS
BLAST is our 45 minute version of our original class type with optional added hand weights for increased intensity and upper body burn 🔥

7:30pm - 8:15pm
BALANCE CLASS
BALANCE is our yoga & pilates inspired class where we slow things down (but still sweat!) and work on building strength & tone, increasing flexibility and preventing injury, of course with our own ((BOUNCE)) twist! We utilise the trampoline in lots of different ways 🧘‍♀️
