Join us for a powerful and practical 2-hour self-defence workshop designed specifically for women and girls aged 16 and above.
Led by 3rd Dan Black Belt Jennie Hoskins, this session focuses on awareness as your first line of defence—helping you recognise, avoid, and respond to threats before they escalate. You’ll also learn basic yet effective physical self-defence techniques to use if needed, empowering you to feel safer and more confident in everyday situations.
