Join Sharon and Serena for a joyful morning of movement, intention, and connection as we celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice.

We’ll begin with a gentle, feel-good yoga stretch on the beginning part of the pier, setting our summer intentions by the sea breeze and sunshine.

Afterwards, treat yourself to a refreshing Aperol Spritz (or coffee and biscuits if you prefer!) at Silcock Pier Restaurant – all included in the price.
