Come and join IDA's Bachata Ladies Shines Project!

This is the place where you will significantly improve your musicality, body movement and confidence, while having lots of fun in a positive and supportive space.

Learn how to move your body and express your unique style to the music. We will drill techniques and isolations to ensure you get maximum benefit and the skills you learn are transferrable to other dance styles and beneficial for your social dancing.
