(FREE) Children’s Meditation (Formby Hall Links Suite)

Mediation for children workshop

Ashlee will be holding a children’s and mediation workshop.
Mediation for children is actually so powerful and beneficial and it gives the children a perfect taster of how they can mediate when they feel stressed, worried or even just over worked with school.

During this session it will a children’s only giving parents time to shop or have a pamper knowing their children are safe.

During the session children will learn how to still their mind, and go into a relaxed state of being, as well as learn visual techniques that we can tap into when we will we need to be still and feel comfort, and how to do the breath work.
